With a single charge you can TIG weld up to 50 minutes at 70 Amps, or Stick weld up to 30 electrodes!
Highly versatile, this battery powered unit can also operate in mains or AMP+ hybrid mode. The AMP+ hybrid mode supplements AC mains power with battery power to prevent nuisance trips on smaller breaker sizes, or provides more output when welding on 120V input.
Useful Features and Settings
The large display is easy to navigate with a simple ‘dial and select’ and ‘back’ button. The intuitive colour-screen is designed for outdoor use, even in direct sunlight, and features a battery status display and remaining arc time calculator.
Speaking of battery status, this information is clearly displayed on screen, with several options to maximise battery life if needed - ‘Sleep mode’ can automatically close down the machine if not in use for a period of time, while the adjustable brightness function on the display can also save power.
