Miller presents the Digital Elite series, a line of welding helmets that provides tremendous versatility that features the revolutionary ClearLight ™ Lens Technology. This tool enhances the contrast and clarity needed in welding and light states and applications. When designing this line of welding helmet, safety and productivity was the most important aspects in its construction. The 1/1/1/2 optical clarity offers a lighter state with no welding in process.
All helmets are built with four operating modes; Weld, Cut, Grind and Miller’s own X-Mode. X-Mode is designed in order to prevent sunlight from affecting the viewability of the lens before the welding process is started. This feature can also prevent low-amperage lens opening from obstructed sensors.
The Digital Elite series welding helmets come with a specifically crafted headgear which has the wide-ranging adjustability needed to suit the wearer’s purposes to have a better fit and feel comfortable whilst welding.
Miller has also designed digital controls panels fitted with this line of welding helmets to be easy to understand with clear and precise instructions to allow the welders to complete jobs and tasks effectively and safely. The welding helmets also features auto on/off power controls which is activated at the striking of arc welding light.
All Miller Digital Elite welding helmets meets ANSI Z87.1+, CSA and CE standards.
