What will be your role?
- Working closely with the Sales Director and his team to understand the needs of the business
- Achieving sales targets in the assigned region
- Actively maintaining customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new customers
- Striving to increase market share in the assigned region
- Supporting customers with expert advice on the product range
- Offering excellent customer service

Job Overview
A Workshop Assistant/Driver is required for our busy, expanding, welding machine supply company and will be Based at our busy workshop at Hedge End, the focus will be:
- Preparing equipment for Service Engineers
- Visiting customers sites to assist Service Engineers
- Collecting and returning welding plant from customer sites.
- As part of a small team there is a general level of additional support required for your colleagues
- On the job and manufacturer training will be provided
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS for Workshop Assistant
- Good Maths & Literacy skills
- Good manual dexterity and practical tools use skills
- IT literate
- Calm under pressure
- Excellent communicator across all colleague levels
- The role will be fast-paced and challenging therefore you must have an adaptable and flexible attitude
and approach, be prepared to work alongside your team and be driven to achieve a high level of service
- Driving licence essential
