Let’s face it, we’ve all done it at some point, placed an order and waited for the delivery only to notice we may have ordered the wrong product!
The new Rapid App will have a unique feature to combat this, a barcode scanning product search option to ensure the correct product is selected. You can simply search for a product using the barcode scanning feature. Once the barcode is scanned the product will automatically appear on your screen within the App, from here the details of the scanned product can be viewed or simply added straight to your basket.
Whether it’s a one-off item or a whole store full of products you can easily identify the products you require and ensure you select the correct one without the need to rummage through your records.

This isn’t the only scanning feature which will be available on the Rapid App, we are currently working on unique machine QR codes to identify all your machine records from our service department. This is currently in development and more information will be available soon!
