Have no problem with the website, and actually made my order by phone after a web chat with Gary. Delivery all went well etc. I would buy from rapid again
23/03/2021UKI won’t lie the item I brought from rapid welding was great but the rigmarole I had to change the item first was a bit annoying as the sizes stated in the esab clothing are way smaller than I expected which ended up in me having to pay £17.50 to send it back to get it changed but before that I had to be refunded which was a bloody headache in itself, my overall experience with rapid was a bit crap but I’m happy with my esab jacket now I have the right size ??

31/03/2017I did receive the wrong welder. Apparently, Fronius wanted to clear out stock and I did not get the welder I specifically asked for. I am returning it. I dont know whether Rapid can send me the correct one in exchange or whether this will be a straight return. I dont appreciate having to pay customs, duties, and taxes on something I cant use because Fronius sent the wrong machine.
