Easy to operate.

Why compromise? – Welders appreciate simplicity and easy access to the parameters that matter. At the same time, finer adjustments may be needed to achieve the highest-quality welds. The BlueFab offers the perfect combination of pre-set values and synergic programs with a clean and crisp user interface.

Mobility and portability.

The BlueFab wire feeder, equipped with an industrial-grade 4-wheel drive mechanism, is both compact and lightweight. The connections are protected and covered to ensure reliability and reduce downtime. The metal casing can take a beating and survive the toughest work environment.

Direct access to stored programs.

The operator has access to four pre-programmed or customised programs from the front panel of the wire feeder. The trigger-select functionality improves productivity by allowing different programs to be selected from the torch trigger, eliminating the need to go back to the wire feeder.

Prepared with synergic programs.

Miller has prepared and equipped the BlueFab with multiple synergic lines for the most common material, wire, and gas combinations. The Wire feed speed can be presented as metres per minute or as a predicted amperage value.

Multi-Process capabilities.

Full MMA and LiftTIG capability can be accessed from the front panel of the power source.

Flexibility.

The running gear with the integrated gas bottle shelf comes with the power source. The optional water cooler can be easily installed; no service technician is required. The wire feeder can be easily disconnected from the power source, and the optional wheel kit can be attached at any time.
