Optrel present the only headgear in the market to feature a headband system that offers uniform hemispherical micro-tension around the user’s head, resulting in an extremely stable and supremely comfortable fit thanks to a unique roping mechanism. This approach was developed to combat the uncomfortableness with most other headband products and PAPR helmets with added weight. The Optrel Isofit headgear has a symmetrical adjustment feature that ensures the helmet be secured directly in the centre on the user’s head. Despite the complex mechanism, the weight has remained low as with most standard comfort headbands. The headband is easily adjustable to the head with finer rasterized adjustment knob and with exchangeable pads, this offer added comfiness when wearing.
