Welding Cable Sensor for DraftMax Ultra 7900010350
Automatic start/stop device which automatically switches the fan of a
downdraft table on and off. It consists of a metal clamp with a built-in
sensor. The welding cable sensor operates on the basis of a change in
the magnetic field of the mass cable of a welding machine.
An indication led on top of the sensor illuminates when the welding
cable sensor detects a signal, which happens when welding starts.
In this case, the extraction fan switches on automatically.
When the welding stops, the fan automatically switches off after a
certain run-out period.
The welding cable sensor can be used for all electric welding processes,
including TIG welding. The cable is to be connected at the rear of the
downdraft table.
