The HMT MAX40V is the ultimate machine designed specifically for lightweight but powerful magnet drilling, broaching and countersinking applications. Built as the upgraded version of the MAX40, the MAX40V provides a 145mm stroke which is almost 50% more than its predecessor. With this increased range the MAX40V comfortably accommodates cutters up to 110mm for deep broaching or the VersaDrive Rapid-Lock Weldon Adapter with VersaDrive tooling, opening up 1,000s of time-saving solutions from the whole VersaDrive system. This huge increase in versatility and functionality comes in a machine that is 10% lighter than the MAX40, at just 10.5Kg and boasts almost double the magnet strength at 1500Kg. The MAX40V also sees an increase in power with its 1150w motor and offers countersinking up to 25mm, with the ability to take a chuck for added flexibility of use.
