GasIQ N76 is a kickback-proof injector torch. The N76 is characterized by safety, robustness and ease of service.

The heavily dimensioned injector is positioned far forward to minimize the risk of kickback. Stainless steel cutting oxygen tube provides increased safety and robustness. All valves have stainless steel spindles with precision threads for convenient and safe shut-off. The cutting insert with lever has a soft-opening cutting oxygen valve with stainless steel spindle and Viton O-rings, which minimizes the risk of corrosion. The handle is made of a solid aluminium profile, which simplifies service.

Product Details

The main component of the N76 system is the torch handle with various inserts for welding, cutting and soldering. All components are interchangeable with other similar torch systems on the market.

Cutting

There are several different cutting inserts in the N76 system. Lever valve or rotary valve for the cutting oxygen. 90°, 75° or 0° nozzle attachment. All cutting inserts are robustly designed to withstand the stresses of tough environments.

Welding

The N76 features welding inserts made of forged, chrome-plated copper for efficient heat dissipation.

Heating

High-capacity single-flame and multi-flame heating inserts are now included in the N76 system.
