The GasiQ Optimator is a two-stage
regulator for advanced gas shielded welding.
The regulator's second stage is under
extreme pressure, and it substantially reduces the gas puff that normally
occurs at the start of gas arc welding.
The gas puff reduction reduces gas
consumption during normal welding by up to 54%.
Lower gas consumption also means fewer
cylinder changes, which increases effective welding production time. In
addition, it improves welding quality by reducing the risk of pores.
