The XMT 450 MPa is an outstanding multi-process synergic/pulse welder designed for easy use. The operator selects the wire diameter, wire type, gas type and wire feed speed and they are ready to weld.
This water-cooled package includes XMT 450 MPa Power Source, a 4.5m Bernard T-Gun water-cooled MIG gun, S-74 MPA Plus Wire Feeder, V-Groove 1.2mm Drive Roll Kit, and a Running trolley with a middle shelf and feeder plate. Coolmate 3 Water Cooler with 3 x 3.78L Low Conductivity Coolant, 10m Interconnection Cable & 5m 400A ground cable.
The machine features standard built-in programs for steel, metal-cored, aluminium, stainless steel, nickel, silicon bronze and copper-nickel wires. Advanced arc controls provide a more robust, stable Pulsed MIG arc at a very low arc length, reducing heat input and allowing weld on a wider range of material thicknesses.
The system is optimised when connected to a 74 MPa Plus wire feeder.
